Allergy season is upon us, for those of you that are suffering, I am right there with you. But don't lose heart there is some herbs out there that can help you deal with the eye watering, itchiness, chest congestion and nasal congestion.
Stinging nettle with Brigham leaves made into a tea work wonders, also Green tea, white tea and Rooibos tea(red tea). Ginger, Turmeric, goldenseal, catnip, and peppermint. Do not try them all at once, try one for a week or two and see if it helps relieve some of the symptoms, then move on. Hopefully this helps you in some way. Remember I carry all of these herbs and can make capsules as well as tincture for you. If all else fells there is always the shot that my husband goes and gets, and if you don't want that. stay inside with a good book and pray for rainy days.
