herb of the week

Sorry this is soooo late. Hope you all had a great fourth of July.
carotene, calcium, vitamin C, a whole spectrum of B vitamins, and essential trace mineral such as magnesium, zinc, coper and selenium.
Red clover has a long history of use as a blood and lymphatic cleanser. it is often included in formulas for skin problems such as eczema and psoriasis. it also helps with children respiratory problems and effectively restore vitality and health following a respiratory infection.
Red clover is also a favorite herb for many menopausal women. Both the flowers and leave contain phytoestrogens, for those who don't know what that is, it is plant hormones, and isoflavones that have beneficial effect on menopausal symptoms such as hot flashes, mood swings and night sweats.
Have a great rest of the week.
Thanks again

I have to say that it is so nice to know all of these things. I never knew that you actually feature different herbs for the week to educate us about their uses and benefits. I will surely take note of this and even though some of the terms used here aren't so familiar, I will still try my best to do my own research so that I can also relate and of course understand it better. This is really interesting and I wish you could do more articles such as this one.
