This week is about Menopause, the change, whatever you want to call it. It has many symptoms, and can be a real pain in the butt. there are many herbs and vitamins that you can take to help you through this difficult time in a women's life. St. John's Wort is a well known mood lifter and antiviral herb that boots the brain function and fight anxiety and depression. There are many other herbs out there however, these are the best ones.

I must confess I am kind of dreading menopause of what literature says about its symptoms. They sound painful and uncomfortable. They are unavoidable. If women don't want to suffer the symptoms, there are medications they can take. But personally I was willing to suffer from the symptoms rather than take chemicals into my body. I am glad to have found information about herbs that can help with menopause. With the right administration, I believe herbs are safer than medicines you can buy from the pharmacy.
